Frequently Asked Questions and
Questions and Answers from Students

This section is in two parts.

The first is Frequently Asked Questions.  It address such issues as how to use the program, how much time to expect to spend on each unit, how Platiquemos compares to other programs on the market, etc.  FAQ´s are here.

The other section is devoted to questions and comments from students (including criticism) received either by email or through the free download registration form.  These questions and answers and/or responses to those that we believe might be of general interest will be found here.

Okay, so we don't torture students--except with drills and exercises.
This is an imaginative illustration of an inquisition torture chamber in Spain.  "The Black Legend" of Spanish cruelty was partly based on fact, and partly made up by England, which found it very good propaganda to use against Spain.  Through the 18th century in Spain, a confession was not valid unless it had been given under torture.  The theory being that no guilty person would tell the truth without encouragement.
